Karen Malkoff-Hatton, CFP®
Founder & CEO
Karen Malkoff-Hatton, CFP® has a passion to encourage her clients to dream large, define goals, and find success in their dreams. Karen believes that, “Every person is unique and therefore deserves a unique plan for financial success. That’s why I created The Enhancing Wealth Process, so that our clients can enjoy financial freedom and security, while achieving a greater sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.” Karen’s motto is, “If you can dream it, we can help you live it.” As founder and CEO of Financial Security Solutions Corp., Karen and her team provide a high level of sophisticated financial planning strategies for successful professionals, business owners, retirees and women on their own. In addition to being a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Karen earned her Master’s degree at the University of Washington and has taught in the business school at California State University Dominguez Hills. Prior to becoming a wealth planner, Karen was a professional and continues to sing with local groups. She also gives back by contributing her time to several community organizations and charities.
Chris-Anne Barker
Director of Client Relations and Operations
Chris-Anne brings to our team over 30 years’ experience in Client Relations and Operations as well as Account Management. From the Aerospace Industry to Financial Services, there is no client opportunity she can’t handle. Chris-Anne is also our liaison with insurance companies and our strategic partners.
A licensed agent, Chris-Anne has been in the Life & Health Insurance Industry since 2002.
In her spare time, Chris-Anne enjoys spending time with her two sons and daughter, is an avid Disney-holic, loves reading, and is a Steelers football fanatic. Some may even say she bleeds “Black & Gold.”
Chelsea Hatton
Marketing Assistant
Chelsea brings to our firm over 5 years of experience assisting businesses and charities with marketing support. From music events to apparel and financial services, Chelsea has successfully managed many aspects of marketing. She has created marketing campaigns for events, financial education, and social awareness groups.
In her spare time, Chelsea is an accomplished musician and songwriter. She also provides marketing support for charities with an emphasis on social justice, education and arts enrichment programs for under privileged youth.
